Sussex Healthcare is a company in the south of England that provides services to elderly people and others who need specialized care whether that is on a full-time basis or in a daycare facility. It was established in 1985 by two businessmen, Shiraz Boghani and Shafik Sachedina. Today this company has 20 facilities, or homes, it operates. Each one has a caregiving staff with a support team who are extensively trained to take care of the residents of these homes. They operate under the philosophy that the people they care for need much more than just having their physical health looked after. They also need to continue to have lives worth living which includes social activities, opportunities for leisure, and recreational activities as well such as at the Sussex Healthcare state-of-the-art gym.
This company is presently hiring for a number of positions, both support staff and caregivers. If a person exhibits they are the right fit they don’t have to already have experience as Sussex Healthcare will provide them with the training they need to get started. They also offer ongoing training opportunities and hire from within when possible for higher level positions.
There are a number of benefits to working for Sussex Healthcare, not least of which is offering competitive pay. They also have paid breaks, free uniforms, bonuses for referrals as well as working on the weekend, a free bus employees can take, a pension option, and more.
