The Background and Career of Ryan Seacrest

Ryan Seacrest was born just a day to Christmas in the year 1974. He was born to a real estate lawyer of a father and a housemaker mum. He enrolled in the Dunwoody High School when he was 14 years old and two years later was awarded an internship at the WSTR radio station. According to his parents, Ryan had been preparing for this his entire life. As a child, his go-to toy was a mini microphone. He spent most of his days putting on shows at the basement of his house. This internship was the beginning of the rest of his life in show business. Tom Sullivan who was the head of the WSTR station took him under his wings as a mentor. He gave him his first chance to host a show following the ailment of one of their DJs. He worked at the station religiously, putting in extra shifts and hours until the time he graduated from high school.

Seacrest attended the Georgia University where he majored in journalism. While pursuing his degree, he still took on work at a local radio station and eventually, nineteen-year-old Ryan moved to Hollywood.

Ryan has hosted several game shows and fictional game shows on TV; he has also hosted reality shows like the American Idol which practically made him famous globally. He started the show as a co-host and eventually ended up being the solo host of the show and all its spin off-seasons. This job not only earned him fame but also millions of dollars. He recently got employed as a co-host for the show live with Kelly and Ryan (@RyanSeacrest), which he started in May after several other A-list celebrities had been considered for the job.
