Richard Shinto is the Chief Executive Officer for InnovaCare Health. He held the same position at Aveta Inc. before its acquisition in 2012. Since that time, he plays a significant role in changing the fortunes of the company. During the last century, there has been tremendous growth, and all have been attributed to him. Before joining this company, he was already a respected name in the Medicare Advantage plans industry. He doubles up as the head of all the subsidiaries of this company in Puerto Rico.

Shinto served at various companies before ending up at Innovacare Health. His career started after he graduated from several Universities in the United States. Most notable among the institutions attended by this professional are the Redlands University, the State University of New York, and the University of California. He started his career in Southern California where he worked as a pulmonologist and an intern. He has received several awards including the Ernest Entrepreneur of the Year Award and is the author of several publications.

Penelope Kokkinides’ Profile

Penelope Kokkinides brings a broad base of experience to InnovaCare Health. Since joining in mid-2015, she has used her involvement in the Medicare industry to better the company. She had stints at Aveta Inc. and other significant players where she held senior management positions. During her school days, she attended the University Of Columbia School Of Public Health. Here, she studies drug and alcohol abuse. Before that, she earned a degree in medicine from the University of New York
